We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.
MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
Our lawful ground of processing your personal data to send you marketing communications is either your consent or our legitimate interests (namely to grow our business).
Under Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, we may send you marketing
communications from us if
(i) you made a purchase or asked for information from us about our goods or services or

If you opt out of receiving marketing communications this opt-out does not apply to personal data provided as a result of other transactions, such as purchases, warranty registrations etc.

Chakras Balanced and /or The Blueprint to Chakra Mastery Program.

ORDERING PRODUCTS ON OUR SITE
We will request information from you on our order forms for purchase of products. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiry date).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Website Standard Terms And Conditions contained herein on this webpage, shall govern your use of this Website, including all pages within this Website (collectively referred to herein below as this “Website”).
These Terms apply in full force and effect to your use of this Website and by using this Website, you expressly accept all terms and conditions contained herein in full. You must not use this Website, if you have any objection to any of these Website Standard Terms And Conditions.
GUARANTEE / REFUND
This program has been carefully crafted and tested by clients to ensure its quality. However the
journey to energetic mastery is very individual and you will get out of the program what you put into it.
If you have completed the first module and completed all the corresponding action tasks (with
evidence of completed pdfs) and you aren’t happy with the program then you will receive a partial
refund.
How to request a partial refund within two weeks of starting the program
• You must have completed all of module 1 and the corresponding action tasks and submit
these to Zeena@ChakrasBalanced.com within two weeks of starting the program.
• You must submit the completed pdf “Your reality vs your dream life (2 parts)” and completed
the mediation and 1:1 call as per the module instructions.
• You must state the reasons as to why you want to request a refund.
• Refunds will only be offered to those who do not feel like the program is a correct fit and the
exact reasons will need to be supplied by email - this should be as detailed as possible. “I
don’t like it” will not be an acceptable explanation or grounds to receive or process a partial
refund.
• If after you have completed the first module and submitted the pdfs and feedback as above,
then you will receive a partial refund on the portion of the unused program.
ONGOING ACCESS TO THE CONTENT HUB
All learning lessons will be available for up to six months after your enrolment date or longer if the
program is still running in the exact format.
If you ever need the Reiki Level 1 Manual after the six month period or in the future you can request it by email from Zeena@ChakrasBalanced.com
ACCESS TO THE PROGRAM FACEBOOK GROUP
Access is granted for six months after the enrolment date. This group is to support those in the program.
CALL CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOW
All appointments booked online should be cancelled or rearranged at least 48 hours prior to the booked time.
If you have a distant Reiki session booked and cannot give 48 hours notice, it will still
go ahead as planned. Refer to the Welcome FAQ document to understand the reasons for this.
For 1:1 calls, we understand that from time to time, you may be sick, or something out of your hands comes up and you may have to cancel with less than 48 hours notice on a rare or isolated occasion.
If this occurs give as much notice as you can at the time, don’t wait until the last minute and we will
endeavour to rearrange your call in line with availability. Option to rearrange may be significantly restricted and the program has the right to forfeit any calls cancelled within less than 48 hours.
No shows for calls will be forfeit.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Unlimited email support is provided throughout your program. For any questions that have not been answered through the Welcome FAQ guide, email Zeena@ChakrasBalanced.com - you will receive a reply within 48 hours.
COMPLAINTS / FEEDBACK
In the unlikely event you have a complaint about the program, please reach out by email. We will work hard to put it right and if we cannot, we will work towards a mutually agreeable solution. If you want to share any feedback, also reach out by email - Zeena@ChakrasBalanced.com
DISCOUNTS
If you recommend a friend who takes up and fully completes the program, you will be offered a 25%
discount off the full price of the next program you book. As a thank you, you will also receive a $100
(AUD) referral fee, payable upon your friend’s successful completion of their program.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
In respect of any materials or documents specifically created for this program, you understand that Chakras Balanced maintains all of the copyright and any other intellectual property rights, other data or material used.
Making a purchase does not transfer any ownership of or rights to any program materials or intellectual property.
Any program material such as Books, E-books, PDFs, Audios, Events, Meditations are not to be
shared with the public (in a teaching capacity) re-packaged, sold or displayed as your own work. If
